Product description
Architectural Aluminum Solutions

Product Overview

Wavy aluminum facade fins turn a conventional elevation into a three-dimensional architectural screen. In the project image, closely spaced white vertical elements move in and out across the facade, creating an undulating surface that changes with the viewing angle and sunlight. This solution is intended for feature walls, cultural buildings, commercial entrances and branded architectural landmarks where standard straight profiles cannot achieve the design intent. Each fin requires coordinated geometry, repeatable forming or profile fabrication, accurate setting-out and a compatible support frame. Curvature, section, spacing, thickness and connection details are developed only after drawing and model review.

White wavy vertical aluminum fins forming a sculptural building screen

Key Features

  • Three-dimensional fin layout produces a dynamic wave effect
  • Repeating profile families can rationalize complex architectural geometry
  • White finish highlights shadow depth and changing facade contours
  • Lightweight aluminum supports large decorative screens with reduced dead load
  • Digital setting-out can coordinate fin positions with the support frame
  • Prototype or mock-up review can be arranged before project production

Manufacturing & Quality Control

Templates or digital inspection are used to check curvature, profile sequence, fixing points, finish uniformity and trial-assembled wave continuity.

Production follows approved drawings and samples through incoming-material review, fabrication, finish inspection, dimensional verification, protective packing and shipment release.

FAQ

What information is needed for a quotation?

Please send drawings or a size schedule, quantity, application environment, finish reference, installation location and delivery destination. We will then review the technical scope before quoting.

Can the dimensions and geometry be customized?

Yes. Straight-to-curved fin families arranged to create a continuous wave surface. Final production limits and tolerances are confirmed after drawing review.

Which aluminum alloy and thickness should I specify?

Architectural aluminum selected for the approved forming or profile process. Exact alloy, temper and thickness are selected according to geometry, span, forming process and engineering requirements; detailed specifications are available upon request.

What finishes are available?

White finish shown; powder coating, PVDF coating and custom colors available. A physical color or finish sample is recommended for project approval.

How is this product installed?

Numbered fins connected to a project-specific secondary support frame. Final bracket, carrier, fastener and subframe details must be coordinated with the project engineer and installer.

Is it suitable for museum and cultural-building feature facades?

The product can be developed for this application, subject to the selected finish, environment, loading, access and local code requirements. Please provide project conditions for confirmation.

Can you support OEM or ODM production?

Yes. Foshan Pamir supports project-based OEM and ODM work, including drawing review, finish sampling, custom fabrication, labeling and export packing.

How are panels or profiles protected for shipment?

Numbered fins are individually protected, separated by contour-safe supports and crated by installation zone to preserve geometry during export transport.

What are the MOQ and lead time?

MOQ and lead time depend on the approved size, geometry, finish, tooling, quantity and packing plan. They are provided with the project quotation rather than assumed in advance.
